Tax Benefits
Pursuant to art. 83 c. 2 of Legislative Decree no. 117/2017, donations made to AMU – Azione per un Mondo Unito ETS by individuals or entities subject to corporate income tax are deductible from the overall income of the donor within the limit of 10% of the declared overall income. If the deduction is of an amount greater than the declared overall income, less all deductions, the excess may be computed as an increase in the amount deductible from the overall income of subsequent tax periods, but not beyond the fourth, up to its amount.
In order to benefit from these facilities, donations must be made via traceable methods of payment such as:
checks;
postal or bank transfers;
postal bulletins;
credit cards, debit or prepaid cards and ATM cards.
All payments made in cash are therefore excluded.
