Organize an event

Organize a charity dinner, a concert, an exhibition, a book presentation, a charity market or another moment of awareness and sharing to raise funds for AMU projects. It will be an opportunity to spend time together, build fraternal relationships, make AMU's commitment known to others and concretely support our actions.

How we can support you

AMU can support your event by providing communication materials such as:

posters and flyers for distribution (at least 1 month before)

thank you cards (at least 3 weeks in advance)

photos, videos to be shown during the event (at least 3 weeks before)

news and updates on project activities

Useful tips for everyone

The event can involve and be shared with friends, colleagues, communities, parishes and citizens.

To reduce costs, you can make local venue managers or traders aware of the purpose of the event, in order to receive discounts.

Get a good PA system and screen if you want to project a video or do a video conference.

Comply with the regulations regarding the occupation of public land, SIAE and the certifications required for food production.
